Session Agreement

Both lovely sessions include the following:
~ up to 90 minutes of coverage on your session date.
~ artistic processing to each image.
~ 25+ images presented to you in a private online gallery (more images for families).

A Headshot Session fee is $65 and includes:
~ up to 30 minutes of photo shoot time
~ artistic processing to each image.
~ 5-10 images presented to you in a private online gallery

In order to hold your session date, your session fee must be received within seven days of submitting this agreement. Your fee is non-refundable but the studio will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforseen circumstances; please notify the studio at least 48 hours before your session if you must reschedule. If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, we will notify you a day or two before the session.

Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session.

Images will be available approximately 3 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in a private online slideshow and shopping cart that you are encouraged to share with friends and family. The gallery and cart are live for four days and you will be contacted before they are made live so that your gallery will be available when it is convenient for you. During these four days you will make your portrait selection and place your order; if you must delay ordering, we can archive all of your images for a $50 monthly fee at your request (limit 3 months) until your order is placed. Payment of your portrait order is due in full when you place the order.

All portraits will be ready for you approximately 4-6 weeks after payment is received. Ordered images are archived for one year while unordered images are purged 30 days after your session.

Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. The studio does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your heirloom images.

A word about copyright ~ All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Alison Mundie and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce this work in any manner. Please respect Alison Mundie's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist, we wish to have control over the final look of our client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.
